Some of San Francisco's best restaurants are serving up 3-course prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus for less than you'd pay for an entree thoughout the month of January.

Participants include such popular restaurants as Anzu, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Trader Vic's.

During the event, a three-course lunch will set you back $21.95 (not including beverages, tax and tip), and the dinner will cost only $10 more. The only caveat is you must pay with your Visa credit card, as they are sponsoring the event.

Even better, many of the participating restaurants accept reservations online via Open Table, which makes a donation to the Citymeals-on-Wheels and Share Our Strength food charities each time a reservation is made.

San Francisco's Dine About Town 2007 runs through January 31st, and is a great chance to taste the best of the city's restaurants.
