New York City's best restaurants are serving up three-course prix-fixe meals for less than you'd pay for an entree at some for two weeks in January.

Participants include such heavy hitters as Craftbar, Tribeca Grill and Tavern on the Green.

Most are participating for a lunch menu, which will set you back a mere $24.07 (not including beverages, tax and tip). A select few will offer a dinner menu, which will be priced at $35.00 (not including beverages, tax and tip).

Even better, many of the participating restaurants accept reservations online via Open Table, which makes a donation to the Citymeals-on-Wheels and Share Our Strength food charities each time a reservation is made.

The first Winter Restaurant Week 2007 runs January 22 to 26 and the second runs January 29 to February 2. Please ask for the official Restaurant Week menu when you are seated.
