Spirit Airlines has launched a new sale with rates starting at $29 each way.
That low rate is for flights within Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando or Tampa.
But even if you hop out of state, $49 will get you a flight from Atlanta to Spirit's Florida destinations or even Tampa or Orlando to the Bahamas.
Longer hauls like Chicago to Cancun are only $94 each way and Detroit to Jamaica is $99 each way. With the cold winter descending on the northern climes, these rates are perfect for a quick getaway.
The lowest fares are for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and all travel must be completed by May 23. Book by January 12 to lock in these rates.
