With the average hotel on the Las Vegas Strip pricing at $80 or more a night, this deal is really budget friendly.
One of my favorite discount travel websites, TravelZoo, just posted a great deal they have running with the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. On select nights through December, you can stay on the Strip for only $39 -- even over Christmas!
The Tropicana is an older casino hotel, but you can't beat the location. They are right on the southern corner of the Strip across from the MGM Grand, Excalibur and New York, New York. The hotel has free wi-fi hotspots in the pool area, as well.
